Weaknesses: Can only shapeshift into a cat or a monster, the monster rarely comes out when he wants to. He can only have his hearing, strength, and abilities fit to the animal form that he is in. Sometimes when it’s raining he will shift into his monster form by accident as a result of his dad’s experiments. His anger, he regrets his actions.

Backstory: Cats can either be a sign of good luck or bad luck, which do you see? Kyo was born the son of a scientist and a super villainess who eventually died. Kyo’s father developed a madness and started experimenting upon his son. The son pretty much was afraid to get near the children his own age because of this. One day however the kids did urge the young boy to join in the game. It started to rain and the boy started to shift uncontrollably into his monster form. He ran away to a nearby roof where a feline fatal was stealing, she looked at the monster and saw something else. The cat monster shifted back into little Kyo finally able to calm down his negative emotions. The feline fatale convinced the kid that he could be more what people saw him as. She took the little boy under her wing and taught him how to make cat-like weapons and trained him in martial arts. Kyo was close to her and never looked back even after hearing about a fire that took his father’s life. One day she just moved on and left Kyo on his own again.

Whenever he tried to approach other people, unfortunately they always remembered the monster. One day, a hero saw this and saw the same thing his feline mentor saw in him. He found another home, this one permanent. Years passed and he was finally able to enroll in Hero High, he hopes that this might be a chance that he can prove his mentors right and become something other than the monster.

Personality: Kyo is a very short-tempered, stubborn, brash, and sharp-tongued person. He is also very charismatic and wears his heart upon his sleeve. This allows him to socialize with outsiders with ease. However he barely shows this ability and brash actions and insensitive remarks are the only things that come out. He is also quite violent and self sacrificing and will often shout at people even those he cares about. This is all a barrier. He is afraid of hurting anyone and doesn't want to get close to anyone either in fear that they might get hurt. From the kindness of his mentors, he has become calmer, gentler and actually can be mature at times. Underneath his tough exterior, he is a sensitive and vulnerable young man who cares very deeply about those he loves. He is actually a very emphasizing, affectionate, patient, supportive, and selfless young man. He doesn't like people seeing this soft side and will get embarrassed easily. He can be rather passionate about things he cares about such as books. Being able to shift into a cat, he attracts cats and actually likes it.
